Before Emsella, I would have the urge to “go” far too often and when it appeared – it would be an instant mental internal panic - “must find toilet, must find toilet”. Such a simple and non invasive treatment for my urgency incontinence! As a 63 year old woman I have found it is possible to retrain my pelvic floor muscles and have greater strength. Since my series of 6 treatments I am able to experience better urinary control when preparing to urinate with a full bladder.
