Hired to do lighting along driveway. They cut our internet fiber wire. We advised it would cost $99 to repair...they gave us $100 credit on the bill but charged a $95 service fee!

That is correct we have a service charge that is a standard charge . When we accidentally cut the unmarked shallow cable the customer told us it was going to be $99.00 and we automatically credited $100.00 dollars. Typically we are not responsible for unmarked cables . We understand and value our customers, the credit was off of our invoice. We didn't add to it to cover the credit. That is and was our standard billing rates . We also give a two years parts and labor warranty on all work we do.
