This is one of the worst agencies that I have dealt with my mother Bing without services for 4 days. And they gave him me the run around. That telling me that this one is on vacation that they don't have no replacements and to me. That sounds like a big fat red flag that they don't have enough stuff and then do people that they do have are no good-for-nothing. I had an aide come to my mother's house.
