Caroline offers a very professional service. My son and I both felt very comfortable throughout the assessment, Caroline’s games were fun. The results were explained very well, cannot recommend enough!
Caroline was absolutely amazing with my children. Having a neurodivergent child can be difficult during these times and she absolutely did not disappoint. My child felt so comfortable during his hearing test and it really put me at ease knowing how she approached everything with him and explaining to him what she was doing every step of the way. Caroline has been doing my son’s hearing tests for a few years now and the only one I would trust (after others failed to pick up on hearing loss). Caroline has an excellent manner with kids, makes the process fun and engaging and makes the kids feel really comfortable. When my son failed his hearing test she managed to get me into my son’s ENT urgently (after I had tried and failed). This saved us months of anxious waiting and likely saved his hearing. I’m forever grateful and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
I recently took my son for a hearing test, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The audiologist was warm, patient, and made sure my son felt completely at ease throughout the process. The environment was calm and child-friendly, which helped reduce any nerves. The test itself was thorough and professionally conducted, and I appreciated how clearly the results were explained to us afterward. Overall, I felt reassured and was grateful for such a positive and informative experience.
Absolutely loved my experience with Caroline, she definitely met all of my needs and was so kind and educated me through the process. Would definitely recommend!!!
