Listened to what I wanted and great color and cut.
I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, as that was the first available opening. It was then canceled the day before due to a family emergency—completely understandable—and I was told that I would be seen the following week. However, I did not receive any follow-up or phone call as promised. After reaching out myself, I was offered another appointment several weeks out. Very rushed, no suggestions or recommendations for anything, talking to another worker at the reception desk. No shampoo or blow dry with a 35$ haircut, is this standard here in de? Very very disappointing, will never go back here or recommend to anyone.
