I usually see a different hairdresser at this store, who contracts with the store 2 days a week. I couldn't get her so I got a lady named Faith. I gave her a good, detailed description of what I wanted. She decided to surprised me by going in a different direction. That direction was chopping all my hair off so that I looked like a mental patient who got hold of the scissors. It is too short to even change very much. And then she charged me nearly twice what my normal stylist charges to give me what I asked for.
