So this is an interesting one. Dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism. The guy Robert according to himself in writing under bid on this job, to replace glass windows and place window covers. Obviously done incorrectly. When we went to go over the gap of the window coverings he says "done my best" and left it at he underbid the job--- that was his option he decided to do when he accepted the bid, he accepted what the pay was. I used All About Glass Block as a subcontractor since I do not do glass block. While the install was good, the company is not registered. They do not have an EIN number. The owner Robert Hayes also is not giving me his information for me to 1099 hi. His text to me reads "we don't do 1099 sorry". That means he is also not paying his due taxes. I would pass on this fake company and use a reputable one.
