Excellent Service. Very knowledgeable
Everyone was nice. However, its $100 no matter what the problem is. I described the issue to the very kind person on the phone, and they set me up an appointment. Then when the tech came, they were also very kind. However, all they did was push the button on the wall and it was fixed. I was still charged $100 which as I understand is their standard technician fee. The amount is just a lot for no work, and something that could have been explained over the phone.
Parker came out yesterday to look at our garage door opener. He gave us options, set up an install for today and had our door running better than ever.
Excellent service! Parker was great and did a wonderful job fixing our garage door.
Parker was awesome. He had my garage door fixed quickly.
