After our 4 minute walk thru (Seriously!) we picked up the RV it was NOT as pictured. Peeling upholstery, stained floor and it was filthy on the outside. Apparently it had been to Burning Man the week before (!) We had issues with A/C and called and they were not very helpful. Upon returning the RV we asked if we needed to sign anything and the guy said "No, you're good" No final inspection. Excellent Customer Service Brought my motorhome in for a refrigerator issue and was impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. The team worked on diagnosing the problem quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. Their honest approach and excellent communication made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier. Great customer service and integrity.
