I searched for carpet for a few weeks and was getting nowhere. Stores were quoting higher than I wanted to pay and with no promise they would be able to install it on the day I needed. I did an online search and found All About Floors by their 4.8 to 5-star reviews. I walked into their shop and was greeted by Ulysses. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ulysses and his crew were outstanding! My elderly parents needed carpet for the second story of their house, and the project was smooth, clean, and accommodating to my aging folks. Furniture needed to be moved to install the carpet, and the crew took such wonderful care with my parents personal belongings. Their room was set back up perfectly (actually much cleaner!) Wow, All About Floors came thru for me in an emergency. I needed a 6ft by 3 ft piece of carpet padding. I went to the big box stores and found they only will sell an entire roll. I called five carpet places expecting to have to purchase a piece and AAF 1) actually answered the phone and 2) with no hesitation and without me explaining anything about why I needed it, offered to set a aside what I needed for pick up. Update: -We were contacted by the company and they did send someone out to take a look at our floors and assess the problems we’ve been having. We’re currently waiting to hear back on what the next steps will be and what they plan to do to resolve the issue. By 2024, we began noticing significant issues: the flooring started chipping, peeling, and even separating, leaving noticeable gaps between the planks.
