Dr. Tanouye was very thorough and honest in giving her professional opinion on my eyes' condition. I can sense that she really cares to improve my vision. It is difficult to find doctors now a days with that kind of care. Thank you, doctor.
It was my first time at all about eyes. I saw Dr.Yoo. Front office ladies were nice upon checking in especially Terri :) .
I have been going here for years and this is the best optometrist in Oxnard. The staff is awesome everyone is friendly and always willing to help.
Probably the absolute worst experience I’ve had at an optometrist. Came in for a routine basic eye exam & left with an EYE INFECTION. Eyes became bloodshot red and full of mucus within 2 hours of leaving their facility. Came back for an emergency appointment to check in the eyes and Doctor Yoo was absolutely abhorrent. 0 patient care in that “doctor” at all.
