Everything takes at least a week, reviews take a week, checks take a week (still haven't received mine) and communications are very poor. Lots of excuses and zero accountability. In the Port Ludlow and Port Townsend area, use Horizon.
Recently closed on a new home purchase with Alexis at Frontier Title. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with, and made sure I was updated as we went through the process. Everyone there is very responsive and answers questions quickly. They even arranged for a mobile notary to come to our home for the final document signing.
