failure to deliver product with a two MONTH period is not a big deal for Randy.
What a jerk randy is. after two months of not delivering product his response is wait some more.Bad people skills. Do yourself a favor by going somewhere else.
All About Doors has a massive online store, they ship anywhere, and they even help you find replacement parts for hundreds of older discontinued items!
In accurate description of parts and bad customer service. ordered wrong part was way off on size, called customer service to try and get the right part and was told a representative would call me back. They never even called me back untill the next day, meanwhile i found the part i needed at menards for $10. then i send the wrong part back and they charge me 25% restocking fee?!?! cost me roughly $40 for nothing. don't expect to get someones buissness back if your gonna charge them a restocking fee.
