Terrible Customer Service - Scam- don’t use - took money and didn’t deliver product
Scam. This company will take your money and you WILL NOT receive your order. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Again, this company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Sent me the wrong items and want me to pay to ship them back... still haven't sent the correct items. Terrible customer service.
Avoid this company if possible. Their customer service department (and manager) are the absolute worst I have dealt with. If you have a problem with your order, it's all your fault and they provide zero help. The customer service managers main function is to shift blame to you, and squeeze every nickel out of you that he can. Dealing with this bunch has been a disaster from start to finish. Finally got a partial refund after sending the item back. If you buy something from them, good luck.
THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - CALL SOMEONE ELSE I patiently waited 2 weeks for my part, and when I tracked it was showing in Fort Worth TX and still showing as if it was gonna be delivered so I call this company and ask for them to please assist me the girl told me that I had to call them myself and find my own package. I was in shock who tell their customer to deal with their own package that the company shipped out and then she also told me in an email which I will paste here that once shipped it not their issue. ... read more
