I was hesitant to have people come into home to clean, but right when I meet this crew, I knew I'd made the right decision. They all such a great attitude, and worked quickly and thoroughly. Now I know who to have come by to help with the cleaning! Thank you!
Despite listing off the square footage, amount of bathrooms and rooms and describing the extent of the cleaning many spots were missed and the bathrooms were touched. As a result a second team was sent in due to the first team not wanting to do the bathrooms and the cost of the cleaning was increased by $400 above what was quoted for all of the rooms. The workers did not even bother to clean the areas I had requested for when I made the booking. They were not thorough at all and did not pay any attention to details. There was a dirty sink in the laundry room that was completely left untouched and uncleaned. Nothing was dusted in the rooms. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned either. In fact, I should have made time and done the cleaning myself! Very disappointing.
This is the best cleaning company I've worked with in the past 10 years, and I have tried many! They are extremely responsive, accountable, and their team goes above and beyond, especially Marsha.
Thank you for cleaning my place. There was a lot of dust and debris, and the windows were dusty and dirty as well. The ladies came in and cleaned well. I am satisfied. Tony
