I’ve come to klcc outlet a few times but today I came here on 5.5.2026 and had a bad experience with one of the staffs being rude to us. We asked to explain about the ice cream (this is the 1st time we heard about the ice cream menu) but she rudely (unwilling) explained to us. To AAC, please teach your staff basic customer service!

First time I tried All About Chew (Chewibaccas) was at TRX and it was amazing. Second time I tried was at this branch but the quality is just terrible. Cookies were dry, crumbled immediately upon taking it out of the bag. Checked the reviews and found that some people were also saying the same thing months ago - which shows that this branch doesn’t even bother to check their products.
