they stole parts from us they ordered and picked up then the owner stopped payment on the check and then we said we want our parts back and whoever answered said theyre closed even though i called the bussiness number and the boss was out of town for 4 weeks. they are theives.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE man answers the phone and was aggravated about questions I asked. Just basic questions I don’t know if you were high or intoxicated but just forward the call to voicemail next time that way you won’t have to hang up in a potential customers face.
The owner and mechanic were tinkering with cars in the back when I got there (1st red flag). It took them a minute to help out as they were doing shady cash business deals with other clients (2nd red flag). The owner was rude and got aggravated when I asked for a lower price (3rd red flag). A simple "price is firm" would have sufficed. Happily took my business elsewhere!
