When we first began looking at bridesmaid dresses the person that worked here was not knowledgable in which dresses came in which color so it was difficult to find a dress in the exact color we wanted. The dresses were ordered with 7 months before the wedding and we did not receive them until one month before the wedding only after the bride calling the place every day. The dresses were beautiful and they were good to work with on accessories; however, they are terrible about timeliness. It took one calendar year for my daughter's dress to actually show up in the store and nearly that long for my mother's dress to arrive. Once the wedding date got close, I called and called to find out when we could expect arrival of our dresses and I was always told "one week." (Thinking Money Pit here). ordered a dress back in March and it is now Aug. Wedding is in Sept and no one has called me back about dress.have left several messages. Horrible horrible service on getting back to us after we have paid!!!

My biggest regret of my wedding was ordering my dress here. Initially the customer service was fine, but after I ordered my dress (10 months ahead of time), it was all down hill. My dress didn't come until a month before my wedding. It was a size too small (the size they measured me for), but at that point there was nothing they could do about it. This was the 2nd store I went to while searching for a wedding dress. I scheduled an appointment and was the only one there during that time. Kathi was fantastic! She is extremly nice and gets you whatever you could possibly need during the appointment. She held back 2 dresses for me since this was only the 2nd store and had made several appointments for the rest of the day.
