Thomas was straight forward, didn t give a long winded sales pitch. I felt comfortable dealing with him and the men that came out were equally nice and professional.
Valance stripes did not match the awning but no problem for us but they did not call us before arrival so their arrival was a surprise. Awning fits well, appears well made. The crew installing it did a good job installing the awning, cleaning and adjusting the frame as the awning was installed. They worked quickly. I would use them again.
We had to wait a few weeks for an installation, but understandable after seeing. Thanks, it was worth it.
