I am very impressed with the professionalism, integrity, honesty and quality customer service this shop provided. I found them online after being disappointed with another major dealership service center in this town who was not honest about the fix for the repairs after they charged us a arm and a leg for the diagnosis. Pablo was a gentleman who assisted me from day one when handling my X one BMW. I already had the parts for my vehicle and he was very open about the price what he could do. He also handled the oil change in the way that we needed because it’s a foreign car when we got the estimate there was nothing that was added or inflated.
