Rebecca was very kind and caring and quite knowledgeable. She entertained any questions I had and explained things thoroughly. Highly recommend.
Everyone at All About Audiology has been so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They clearly have the best interest of their patients at heart. Everyone goes out of their way to answer your questions, to make sure the hearing aids are to your liking, and if you have any problems they get you seen as soon as possible. My Audiologist, Rebecca, was very competent and pleasant. She really knows her stuff. She fitted me with a new pair of hearing aids that have greatly improved my ability to communicate and socialize with my family and friends. She was patient, listened well and after discussing my needs promptly, set me up with a pair of Oticon Intents that are awesome. And BTW, the receptionist, Marlene was also very nice and helpful. I took my Nana here to get her hearing aids. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Stacy Sanders was so thorough in every appointment and Justine at the front desk was incredibly friendly, remembering us every time we came through the door. The hearing aids are also wonderful and have had such a positive impact on my Nana’s life. I would recommend this office to anybody looking to feel like you truly matter.
This is my first pair of hearing aids Stacy was recommended and what a great person she is.
