Worst company I have ever dealt with. Made me pay upfront and then never finish the job. They sent me an email saying they would refund my money but never did. They lied to my credit card company in order to get paid on my complaint. Even though I have all documentation showing that they offered to refund my money for a job they did not do they still refused to give me a refund. I also have documentation showing what they told the credit card company was a total lie.

Correct that I told Mr. ***** we would refund his money if he wanted to stop the work process and get another company to do it. He said no and we did finish the work. We also have never requested money up front except for our service call, and that amount is taken off the final total for repairs. I'm confused as to what the problem is. His issues were taken care of to my knowledge so had no reason to refund his money.
