Are there any honest, hardworking, knowledgeable repairmen left anymore? YES! YES there are. Mike responded promptly to my call for help when a power outage resulted in my refrigerator/freezer not working. He diagnosed the problem, and needed to order a part. I was happy to pay for the part and his return visit ahead of time, but he said he would rather I wait to be sure that everything was working properly. Mike came out the very day that I called him. I described the problem over the phone, and he even brought the part to address the issue with him. He knew exactly what was wrong, and would have been able to fix it cheaply and within 10 minutes. But unfortunately, an issue that we'd been having for years is what had caused this part to break. Mike is a first class, honest individual that provides excellent service, trustworthy advice, and solid execution. He has serviced my elderly father's appliances when needed, has always kept me informed, and never complained.
