Mike came out the very day that I called him. I described the problem over the phone, and he even brought the part to address the issue with him. He knew exactly what was wrong, and would have been able to fix it cheaply and within 10 minutes. But unfortunately, an issue that we'd been having for years is what had caused this part to break. Mike is a first class, honest individual that provides excellent service, trustworthy advice, and solid execution. He has serviced my elderly father's appliances when needed, has always kept me informed, and never complained. His word matters and he did everything he said he would do, including calling ahead before arriving. I highly recommend Mike to anyone needing appliance services. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Mike came out, diagnosed the problem with my dryer, which was a broken belt. He not only replaced the belt, but also replaced the pulley as well. I’m very pleased with the service he rendered and will definitely use him in the future as well as refer my friends to his business.
