Amazing service! Came 3 hours after I called, fixed my dryer in under 20 minutes. He was willing to answer any questions, showed me the problem with the broken part, and even texted me a link for some surge protectors. Couldn't ask for a better local repairman!
If you’re looking for good honest work, Mike is your guy. He’s very knowledgeable and fair with his prices. He will go above and beyond which is rare nowadays. Can’t recommend Mike enough.
Called for appliance repair, answered call right away. Asked for info on the appliance & was told "oh I HATE working on those" ... asked for the model number info, told me where to find it. Sent him the info and he never responded. It's a holiday, so if that's the reason for not responding professionally... well, just stay on holiday. Won't waste my time in the future, one less call to make for help. Called someone else who took care of it same day for $100. Thank goodness!
Mike came the very next day and within a short time he found the issue. Order the part and was back the next day and happily washing clothes again.
Mike takes pride in his job-- Great Quality work- He has worked on 2 appliances for me and i'm a well satisfied customer. Highly recommend him
