Their prices are great, their customer service is not. The lady at the front desk during spay/neuter drop off was extremely rude. Not only was she giving everyone attitude about what they needed to do to get signed in she also had a problem with anyone who asked questions especially if English wasn’t their first language. She has no patience and would reply “that’s all I need to know” while the person was still explaining something.
