I mean, the service is all right My cat is six months and he’s fine and everything but I will say you have to take a lot of stuff on the chin. If you do come here the lady that works here. Their prices are great, their customer service is not. The lady at the front desk during spay/neuter drop off was extremely rude. Not only was she giving everyone attitude about what they needed to do to get signed in she also had a problem with anyone who asked questions especially if English wasn’t their first language. She has no patience and would reply “that’s all I need to know” while the person was still explaining something.
