I am being charged for 20 amp service that they are unable to provide. A known issue prior to offering me space with 20 amp hook up. The GFI receptacle keeps tripping. I am trying to run my bathroom fan to keep air circulating. Apparently All Aboard Storeage is owned by a Clermont oligard and I was told "good luck" in getting refunded. How the rich get richer by charging for services not rendered. A great reason to not be listed by the BBB.

This office team is always extremely helpful and guest service is amazing. I've had my boat here for a number of years with no issues and a very well informed staff. Bailey specifically has gone above and beyond for me multiple times (apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly). If you need storage in Clermont this team is the best!

The Clermont facility is well maintained and is extremely clean. The staff is friendly, very conscientious and able to answer any of our questions. They made us feel right at home and that we were making the right choice for our RV storage. Very highly recommended! Thanks guys keep up the good work!!
