Make sure you speak with someone on the phone after you reserve a certain spot online and receive a confirmation via email, was even told the reservation will be held for 5 to 7 days. I made a reservation for a spot with 30amp power on a Wednesday night for move in that Friday. The office called Thursday and left voice mail stating "hey this is All Aboard reaching out to you about your reservation we would love for you to swing by and we can show you what we have available and pick a spot that works for you". The staff here are amazing. Very helpful. And I feel my boat is very secure . I'm able to come right back and wash it down no need to go to the house.
