This is a new owner of the storage I used before. They gave new, lower prices which is nice. I haven't been informed about owner change and learned about it from an info about new insurance fee from insurance company. I decided to change my storage unit but I had to move to another one to get a better price for the same size. I ended up renting 3x bigger for 25% less than the smaller one. Disappointed somewhat since price went up about 20 percent since I inquired last week. Otherwise the facility is clean and secure.
I do like the storage unit and the security.
