Excellent service, great storage facility, excellent sizes available clean and well maintained
The property manager, Sandra, is great to work with. Sandra noticed my unit not properly locked and notified me in order to rectify the situation. Living in NY, her attention to detail helped and we addressed the issue. She also retrieved my car cover that broke loose from one of the hurricanes and contacted me in NY so I could get someone to put it back on for me. Great service!
Avoid this storage facility. They constantly raise their rates without justification. My unit has increased by over $60 a month and now costs $70 more than what a new customer would pay for the exact same unit. I’ve spoken to management multiple times in hopes of getting the rent adjusted, but was just told it would only keep going up. I’ve had enough and won’t be staying here any longer.
