After calling to make sure they were open, even though website said closes at 7pm, I wanted to make sure because my daughter in-law was traveling over 1 hr (Paw Paw IL) to bring my 2 & 4 yr old grandchildren. We got there at 5:30 and place was closed! Person I talked to on the phone knew we were coming. There was no Emergency closed sign on door, plus I swore I saw someone inside but they wouldn't come to door. I called phone last night and then again today, recording said VM FULL!??
