Lugar muy agradable para entrenar
The gym is Clean, not too busy from 8 am to 11 am when I would go, I never had to wait to use machines, everyone who attends the gym is there to exercise, only once did I notice there were ladies socializing and not exercising, talking like they were going to a party. Other than that people who go are serious about exercise.
This gym is great because it always very clean and never really crowded because the machines are spread out in a way where you can comfortably workout in your own space. It has all the equipment one needs to have a great workout. The owner is very friendly and makes the whole process very easy for anyone.
It's a nice quiet gym for El Centro just wish it had more equipment.
Excellent place to workout. Love all the equipment and different classes they offer everyday.
