Great customer service and great price!
This was my second time receiving service at this location. The mechanics are very informative and explained the diagnostic process throughly. I did not have to wait for a long time and their prices are great. I will be using them to service my again!
A week ago, I was returning home from visiting family in Virginia when my check engine light came on and my car broke down on the highway with my family. I called a tow truck and asked him to take us to the nearest hotel. He took us to the Red Roof Inn. After getting settled, I discovered there was a mechanic right next to where we were staying. This shop is the only shop I let touch my car! The prices are so fair ! Someone hit my car one time and I brought it here because it was the closest shop. He had one part the next day and another part two days later. He gets the parts fast and NEVER over charges you. A few months later someone else hit my car. The suspension took a good hit. I highly recommend anyone who needs work on their car to come here. The people are respectful and friendly. The owner is always there to help you with any questions. I've used them several times and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car.
