I scheduled an appointment a week ago for All 4 One to come to my apt for a small plumbing repair. I was given an early afternoon appointment window. After the appointment window passed and I hadn’t heard anything, I called at 4:15 pm and spoke with the same lady that I made the original appointment with (Ada or Ida). She said she spoke with a technician and that he would arrive around 5. I called her back at 5pm asking for an ETA, and she told me that he was still 45 minutes away. I contacted All4One Plumbing three times after trying other companies before. I stayed with them because I got satisfied with their job. The first time to have the main water shut-off valve replaced. Then to have a new water heater replaced, and finally to have a leaking toilet fixed and replaced. They proved to be very professional and reliable. Pido disculpas por hacer un mal comentario fui yo que me equivoque al llamar a otra compañia y pensé que eran ustedes ya que a ustedes son los que llamo cuando tengo un problema. Con ustedes nunca he tenido ningún problema.
