ANN MARIE COWAN is the worst realtor I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. To make a long story short, 5 months into contract and we still were nowhere close to closing. If she had only done her homework with my transaction, as most realtors do, I would have been able to close within a few months tops!!! Fortunately I had the option to cancel my contract, which I did. Best decision ever.
