Great. Helpful people
Only the first visit, but first impressions count. A friendly bunch, making you feel comfortable from the start. Sorted my puncture no issues. Will be back.
Great service, was greeted warmly and with humour, reassured me that they could help and advise me. Every staff member i encountered was very friendly. They fixed my puncture immediately (at a great price), advised me on how long I had left on my tyres (I’m a single woman with no clue) and told me to pop in anytime and they would check them for me and also would do my tyre pressures for free. I was very impressed and more than happy with their service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Just went to alcott tyres and had four tyres put on our car . The service was first class ' verry friendly staff & and their knowledge of what they do is excellent. Would highly recommend this firm ' I will be going to them from now on .
