From my first email to request a bid, they went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I wanted the blinds removed for cleaning but knew our project wouldn’t be completed for several weeks. She assured me it was no problem to store them until we were ready. They arrived right on time when they picked them up and on return. Everyone was friendly and efficient. David did an excellent job of repairing the supports holding my patio door side-to-side shade in place. He was able to do it onsite, so I didn't have to live with an unshaded patio door during the repair time. He showed me what had caused the sticking problem and why the parts needed to be replaced. Alko is now my go-to place for shade repair.
