Big Shoutout to Alkin Compressor! Truly stood behind their product and warranty. Part failed on my compressor was able to bring the compressor in for immediate service. And was back up and ready for business in no time
I bought a W31 vertical from Alkin direct in NJ. They answered my emails within hours. It was really easy to communicate and I had no problems selecting the options I wanted. Within a couple days it was already with the freight company. About a week later it was here. This compressor is very high quality. It came with oil in it which was nice so I could use it right away. Aiden was great to work with! I tried purchasing the needed O-rings for my Alkin Compressor from a filter company and after waiting over a week they hadn't even shipped them yet and said that they needed to get them from Alkin first. So I decided to just go straight to Alkin myself, Aiden suggested a kit that included the parts I needed as well as some other things I will need in the future for not much difference in price than I was going to spend for just the o-rings at the third party. I have had my Alkin W31 Mariner 3.7 Vertical Compressor for a few months now. Shipping was very fast and setup was simple. As others have mentioned, the auto off feature works great. Also, the YouTube videos Alkin provides are very helpful to a novice user like myself.
