Made a call to get the planning stages to start renos on my new business space. Asked for information. Was told "if you want costs for carpeting and electrical broken down then you should be your own contractor" hmmm not very professional. All I was looking unto was the stages of the renovation process. Re: planning, designs, actual construction. My renos would cost me approx $150,000 as it is currently an open bay. We at Advanced Trenchless Inc, had a great experience with Alkim, Alfred was professional and experienced throughout our building renovation. This man is beyond rude. My personal assistant called him for him for work and he started yelling for screaming for no reason. I then called him up and he sounds very very uneducated and then started yelling at me for no reason. I would bring your business somewhere else!
Alkim helped us out with renovations to my parents' home. Alfred is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed in order to ensure that my elderly parents would be able to remain in their home by making it more accessible, safe and comfortable for them. Alfred is very professional and a delight to work with. He is compassionate and understanding and truly listened to our ideas and concerns.
