They do amazing work! Hired them for multiple projects in the last several years from decking to fencing. The fence they built for us 10 years ago still look amazing. They get things done fast and have always exceeded my expectations.

Amazing craftsmanship, quality materials, friendly crew and the project manager wasn’t sales pitchy at all. Gave me honest feedback, which I appreciate and the results turned out beautifully. I highly suggest asking for a written estimate right then and there. Otherwise, the wait time might be some time since they’re so busy. I know because they’ve done a couple jobs for us.

Great customer service, receptive and easy communication. The wood fence turned exactly as I asked and even despite some minor cosmetic requests from a neighbor- he was able to modify to our liking. All in all 5/5

I called and spoke with Duke yesterday and he gave me an appointment time between 9 and 10 today to come out and give me a quote. Finally at 10:35 I gave him a call. He didn’t seem to have any recollection of making an appointment with me yesterday. He told me he was on the road to another site and he could be here within one or two hours. I told him forget about it. I’m not really sure how they stay in business with this kind of management or lack there of.

I had a new cedar fence installed in my back yard by Alki Fence and was very satisfied with their customer service and work. The owner was quick to come out and look at the job and provide a quote. When the job started he was on site frequently to monitor the progress. He also was quick to reply to my phone calls or texts and provided excellent customer service. The fence looks beautiful!
