I started my micro needling sessions in January this year and I paid for the 6 sessions all together. I had three sessions till now because after the third session I got some allergy on my face and couldn’t continue and I want to know how can I get my rest of the money back as they are not answering calls. And even the clinic is closed. And the instagram page is also not traceable where I approached this clinic. If anyone can please help me or suggest me something. I’ll be thankful.
Très décue. J'ai eu un seul rendez-vous pour du Botox et j'ai reçu un appel du médecin affilié peu de temps après me disant qu'il brisait tous les liens professionnels avec cette clinique car les produits injectés n'étaient pas sécuritaires pour les patients. L'infirmière injectrice que j'ai eu a aussi quitté la clinique tout de suite après. Really unfortunate to see how things turned out with Alkhemist. Honestly, I’m not surprised, since from the very beginning they built their client base on a somewhat misleading offer, facials and microneedling priced at the market median but marketed as “50% off,” provided you agreed to have your photos posted (something almost anyone could accept). Cancels appointment with no reason. Called, emailed texted with no answers. Oh they’re closed down I see from their website. No notification to clients, so unprofessional. Paid in full for tattoo removal treatments which wasn’t even working properly or completed. So they got all the money for a job not even completed. Gave so many reasons why the treatments weren’t working faster or efficiently but it was all a cover so they’d get your money. Did they close down? No one answer their phone or email. Had a facial appt paid in full and no one is getting back to me to reschedule. Very unprofessional
