Dr. Alkhatib has performed two extractions and both healed quickly. The procedures were efficient and I was kept informed of his timing and what to expect during the procedures. Dr. Alkhatib and his office staff were very thorough with my medical conditions.

I booked an app’t to have a tooth extracted. It took me over 1/2 hr. To fill out the questionnaire. I stated I had a few surgeries & was being treated at Yale with chemotherapy. After waiting 1 1/2 I met the Dr who asked me for my labs from Yale. I told them that no one asked for labs even after they told me they reviewed my chart completely. I went to the dr because it was represented to me by his office staff that he was a Delta Dental Insurance participating provider. Before treatment was rendered and on the day of my scheduled surgery his staff requested payment in full. This was prior to the surgery. This was prior to the follow up visits promised. He has never fulfilled the follow up visits to date. One more was supposed to be scheduled. I was charged more then the rate that appeared on the voucher from Delta Dental explanation of benefits.
