If you haven't tried Alkeme, you must! To start with, the food is simply beautiful... and I don't just mean to look at. It is thoughtfully prepared and presented, but it is also creative and delicious. They also have a terrific cocktail program with some incredibly unique items on the drink menu that you're not going to find anywhere else. The best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. Wonderful tasting menus, great service, intriguing sake tasting menu. After 2 weeks of great dining, this was our best restaurant in the Southwest. Highly recommended.
Great food, great menu setup, great cocktails, and great staff. Really friendly environment that’s both cozy and upscale. Most of the menu was gluten free as well!There’s also a vegan & gluten free course. My partner is gluten free and dairy free, and I am not. Her dishes on the vegan course were as flavorful and sometimes better than the Land course.
I went Into the restaurant as a single and sat at the bar and had the most wonderful meal. All the food was very delicious and beautifully presented bartender was very gracious and helpful and I just had a very delightful experience from the carrot soup to a Vietnamese coffee flan dessert wow.
