For my birthday, my better half and I decided to celebrate with dinner at Alkeme in downtown Santa Fe, and it was an experience well worth sharing. Alkeme is a new upscale Vietnamese restaurant that beautifully showcases traditional dishes and authentic flavors. We had a great experience at Alkeme on a recent trip to Santa Fe. Went with the price fix veg menu. Back home we eat out at Vietnamese restaurants at least monthly. The flavors and presentation of the food was a lot different than what we would normally get-in the best way. Really appreciative that they have options for different dietary preferences/needs. The host and waitress were very friendly. The owner came by and introduced her self. Will definitely come back if we find ourselves in Santa Fe again.

Tasting menu makes for a great dining experience (vegan option was impressive). Sake pairing was fun too.

This is a cute little restaurant that provided great service and ambiance. They accommodated us well with a great vegan/plant-based tasting menu as well. Great service from Hue Chan the owner, and Erica the chef. Parking was on the street. This is a great place for a special/romantic occasion, and to have Vietnamese/Asian fusion food.

They welcomed us with glasses of sparkling wine and were so attentive the whole night. We each did a different tasting menu (land & sea) with the sake pairings and extra dessert. We had alternating servers throughout the evening as each course and pairing were ready. They were ... read more
