This was my first time seeing Dr. Kale, I was pleased to learn she is personable, kind and professional . Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for making it a non stressful visit.
Awful, just awful surgical experience with this doctor. Go elsewhere.
Dr. Kale told my 19-year old daughter her pain was just stress from college like her nephew's stress. Two weeks later my daughter had a cyst burst which was severely painful and ended up in an ER. In our experience, Dr. Kale was chillingly inept. Shame on her.
So here is the deal and im finding this to be the case everywhere i go so im going to start giving reviews. Dr Kale and her nurse were absolutely great! Great care, great service. Front desk terrible. No eye contact. Short answers. Not personable or pleasant. I took my card out to pay the reply wast short and sharp "dont need it". When i stood there waiting for an explanation she barely looked up to say you may not need to pay we bill insurance first. My reply oh ok thank you. So i refer my daughter and i warn her.
