My appointment was almost an hour delayed, without explanation or apology from the doctor. I felt rushed, and more like a number than an individual, that could be slammed through to make up time. The doctor and scribe were crammed into the tiny room and both had their laptops, which they looked at and typed into more than they paid attention to me as a person. I am so blessed to have Dr. Arora as part of my Oncology Team. She is patient and very thorough with my visits. The staff are all so friendly and helpful as well.
My entire experience at this facility was positive. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone had a smile. Dr. Arora was great! She took the time to listen to my symptoms and health history. She asked questions and was very upbeat and positive throughout the appointment. Her bedside manner was excellent!
