I’ve been a customer for a little over six years, and Casilda has been taking care of my hair and even my eyebrows all these years. I’m very disappointed in the service. I went in with pre-washed hair )hair slightly damp). I asked for a Dominican blowout (my second time doing this a since I’ve been natural and both times with this salon). The second time ruined my 4C curls. I believe that the woman who did my hair was negligent with the heat protector and didn’t add other protection against the heat or to support the straightening.
