Dr Zia has been seeing my babies for 6 years now. I switched to her after having a horrible experience with another doctor not related to Wellstar when my first born was a baby. She has seen my babies grow and keeps up with their development by memory. I absolutely adore her and the care that she provides for my family.
I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with my recent appointment. I arrived early for my 11:00 AM appointment, but at 11:37 I still wasn’t seen. I understand delays happen, but clearer communication would help ensure patients’ time is respected. I schedule my appointments based on my availability if I was 37 minutes or more late my appointment would be canceled.
Dr. Zia has been my baby girls pediatrician since birth. We were initially referred to Dr. Miller and by chance saw Dr. Zia. We decided to stay with her and I am beyond elated we did. She is beyond personable and we love her. She honestly has gone above and beyond her duties at times, which is so amazing of her.
