I was a client of hers briefly, she was fine but it didn’t end up being a fit. I was alerted to the podcast by someone earlier this year and just got around to listening. I did not know she was saying that. I do not approve tho, I mean doing that publicly about your loved ones, who she said already has their own trauma, is pretty mean and vindictive. It doesnt need to be on a public podcast.

I had to delete my former review because as a former client who was not happy with my experience after learning how shes been trashing her entire family in public, Allie decided to talk about me and my review on her podcast. The whole thing is so unprofessional and cruel to her clients, her family, and everyone. Note: I hid my name here to initials because Allie likes to talk about her bad reviews on her podcast (which is also an insane violation). But I saw Allie a while back and felt immensely uncomfortable from the start. I'm not sure where these latest 5 star reviews are from but it seems they were submitted to combat the negative one below (which I fully support that review tho, there are ways to help others without disparaging your loved ones to the entire world on a podcast, its messed up). As with any health professional, Allies first responsibility, before all else, is “Do No Harm”. Full stop. That is why what she is doing publicly to her family, friends, and clients of this practice is so incredibly disturbing and in violation of personal, confidential, and simply moral ethics. Allie is a very authentic person and makes talking about hard situations super easy! I’ve tried therapy in the past, but found it difficult to connect well with one. One of the things I appreciate most is she knows how to hold space and self disclose when it’s appropriate. It’s made me feel really good about the self growth journey!
