He is compassionate and he made sure I was followed up when he referred me to another specialist for definitive treatment. I would recommend him to my friends and to anyone who will need his skill.
Dr. Laurent is a very competent doctor. He is very good at explaining the issues in a way that is easy to understand.
I was referred to Dr Laurent after a routine physical revealed an increased PSA level after further testing and consult it was recommended I have a Prostate biopsy. I felt I should at least get a second opinion and after that confirmed the diagnosis I returned to Dr Laurent to schedule the procedure and was brushed off and told to stay with the other Dr which I felt was very unprofessional and not in keeping the Hippocratic Oath, Needless to say I would not recommend nor use this physician again

The visit was comprehensive but not rushed. Dr. Laurent was engaging and interested in my reasons for the visit. He answered my questions, took time to review the lab reports and interpreted the labs for my situation. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The building was easy to get to and there was plenty of free parking.
Excellent from ease of scheduling to actual appointment. Excellent chair side manner. Friendly, warm and kind staff. Efficient. Dr. Laurent was attentive-listened to my concerns, thoroughly answered all my questions. Night and Day experience from previous Urologist I had seen. Highly recommend.
