I brought in a family heirloom I was really nervous about updating and taking apart. Janet took the time to understand the vision of the update while respecting the history of the piece. Her years of experience helped put my mind at ease where I trusted her insight. I had a lot of fun redesigning this piece and will be going back for all my diamond and jewelry needs! It’s nice to have someone to trust in the jewelry space. I can’t wait to show the family!

I went in looking for a fantastic birthday gift for my fiance and Janet couldn't have been more helpful and consultative throughout the process. Completely worth the direct and personal approach versus some of those name brand retailers that provide a very basic level of service to the masses. Super extensive selection as well. A long overdue review for these wonderful artists. I’ve bought several gifts here over the years, and was lucky enough to get Alix and Karen’s help designing and then executing a terrific mixed materials ring. Alix & Co. has always been a great blend of kindness, patience and appropriate pricing. They also give you plenty of info without being overly aggressive. Janet was incredibly helpful when I was looking for earrings for my significant other. She asked thoughtful questions that helped me narrow down what I was looking for and overall provided great customer service. My girlfriend hasn’t taken the earrings off since I gave them to her so needless to say she’s a happy customer
