Vert friendly team/office . Dr Charles is an excellent and very professional podiatrist. I have a lot of problems with my feet and always get great relief from regular treatments from him. He answers all my questions and concerns whenever I have them. The staff makes it easy to get appointments without a long wait and seldom do I wait more than 15 minutes to be seen by him. I highly recommend their professional services. They have delicious coffee too!
I had an amazing experience with Alix Charles. On Friday, December 26th, the day after Christmas, the office was officially closed. I came in with a fractured toe, and even though they were closed, he opened his office just to take care of me. That level of care and dedication is truly rare and means so much. I’m extremely grateful. The customer service was absolutely on point, and even his son did a great job helping out. This is hands down the best place — I highly recommend it to anyone!
