Went to Alivio yesterday for a sauna session and was very satisfied with my experience. The place is extremely clean, the staff is very knowledgeable and kind, and the pricing is reasonable (even better if you buy a package). Out of the few places to do a sauna session in Hoboken this is my new favorite. I will definitely be coming back
Marie was an absolute gem! It was my first time getting a colonic and she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!
