I went in for a cleaning, I know I have some issues with my teeth as I hadn’t been seen in a very long time and had two back to back pregnancies that really did a number on me. I have sensitivity, pain and bleeding in a few spots. The cleaning was so fast and the whole thing felt like a chop shop- in and out so quick and did not feel thorough enough whatsoever. Over an hour wait no apologies One dentist on duty Why would you book appointments if you can’t keep up with your schedule We have other appointments & things to do?!?!
Can't talk to a live person. Need to leave a voicemail. And once they do get back to you, they leave you hanging for three days to "call you back." And once they give you the information they kept you waiting for, no we can't do anything and it's completely your problem. Great service.
This is an unprofessional and rude office. My 73-year-old Mother was seen by Navreet Kaur DDS. They refused me to go in with her to translate. This lady just did her cleaning and did not evaluate the pain/issue which we scheduled for. She refused to speak to a family member. She did not explain anything to the patient either. I stood and requested to speak to her for 20 minutes but she did not tell us what she saw or what the issues were. The representative at the desk was also rude and was not answering my questions.
