I tried to get into this place for months, for probabtion. Carl is so incompetent that he can't seem to understand how to input insurance. Due to his lack of knowledge and effort he basically refused the service to me because he is to arrogant to take advice from the people who work at the insurance company, whom I called from his phone in his office so they could give him a step by step explanation of how to help my situation.
