Honestly a waste of time and energy wish I could give zero stars for how unaccompanied they are. They do not treat you like a human and they make you feel guilty for stating you don’t have an addiction when you don’t and basically do what they can to make you seem like a bad person . I tried to get into this place for months, for probabtion. Carl is so incompetent that he can't seem to understand how to input insurance. Due to his lack of knowledge and effort he basically refused the service to me because he is to arrogant to take advice from the people who work at the insurance company, whom I called from his phone in his office so they could give him a step by step explanation of how to help my situation.
